Welcome to the Basic Manners Course! Basic obedience is the foundation of many areas of dog training. The skills learned in this course create the foundational building blocks for all advanced level training. In order for a dog to reach more advanced levels of training, they must first master these basic skills. Whether you just want a well-behaved pup, or have goals of training your own service dog, this curriculum will not only help you teach your dog these skills, but will also provide you with the knowledge on the basic principles of dog training to help you and your dog connect on a deeper level. After all, training is important, but having a good relationship with your dog will help you make leaps and bounds in your training efforts.
